2026 Annual Release
Canberra Collection
Neringla is single-origin beef produced under a fixed agricultural rhythm.
The land is not grazed continuously.
It is not corrected with grain.
It is not accelerated.
Grass grows once per year here.
The cattle follow that rhythm.
This constraint determines everything.
Quantity.
